Run! It's an Owlbear!
I like this miniature, it's from Nolzur's Marvelous Miniatures, and it was a breeze to paint. This is part of my Iconic D&D miniatures project. It's one of the 2 miniatures that kicked off the project (I really wanted to paint the Beholder and the Owlbear ... then when I couldn't find a Beholder, I kept buying other iconic D&D miniatures (like the Gelatenous Cube from earlier) whenever I stopped at the LGS searching for the Beholder).
Fur: undercoat Mournfang Brown, drybrush of Deathclaw Brown, wash Agrax, drybrush Deathclaw. Light fur/feathers/face: undercoat Zendri Dust, drybrush Ushabti Bone (let it go over the brown somewhat), drybrush Pallid Whychflesh (at the tips/center). Eyebrows: Rhinox Hide. Paws & Claw: Abbadon Black & highlight Eshin Grey. Beak: Averland Sunset, wash Reikland, edge Highlight Averland. Eyes: White, glaze Lamenters Yellow, Dot eyes with Black Micron pen.
That seems longer written out, took maybe a 1/2 hour total to paint (much of it was waiting for washes to dry), and I really like how it came out.
